Our First Harmony Day
The Harmony Event aims to foster awareness of harmony and create a harmonious energy for all. By achieving harmony, individuals can experience a sense of well-being, self-love, and overall happiness.

The concept of "health and wellness" encompasses the harmonious functioning of the body, mind, and emotions. When individuals are in harmony with themselves, their cells, organs, and decisions, they lead healthier and more fulfilling lives.

Interpersonal harmony is equally important. Effective communication and mutual understanding are essential for building positive relationships.

Physically, disharmony can manifest in various ways, leading to internal discomfort, illness, and unhappiness. Conversely, achieving harmony promotes better health, a more fulfilling life, and a positive impact on the world.

Psychologically, harmony refers to a state of inner peace, calmness, and balance. It involves a sense of connection and alignment with the world around us.

To achieve harmony, individuals must recognize the importance of harmony in their lives. By working towards harmony, they can lead healthier, more fulfilling lives and contribute positively to society.
The Connection Evening
When Chisen works with her clients, she notices that many of them have limited opportunities to meet like-minded individuals. They also lack the time to connect with new people. Before founding Mandala Health Wellness, Chisen conceived the idea of creating an event to help her clients connect with others.

Social connections can have a positive impact on our mood and emotional well-being.

Human connections and relationships are fundamental to our mental, physical, and emotional health. They provide us with a sense of belonging, support, and love. These connections enable us to manage stress, overcome obstacles, and lead longer, healthier lives. Furthermore, improved mental health outcomes are a direct result of these connections.

4-5pm & 5:15-6:15pm
Breathing, an involuntary bodily function regulated by the brain’s respiratory center, undergoes alterations during stress as part of the ‘fight-or-flight response.’
Intentionally modifying our breathing patterns can effectively manage stress and stress-related conditions. Practices like yoga, tai chi, and certain forms of meditation utilize breath control for relaxation and stress mitigation.
Benefits include:
* Decreased blood pressure and heart rate.
* Reduced stress hormone levels.
* Decreased muscle lactic acid accumulation.
* Balanced oxygen and carbon dioxide levels.
* Enhanced immune function.
* Increased physical energy.
* Elevated well-being.
